• I purchased the download-version of an e-book. Where can I get the download-link?

If you purchased your product by  'Paypal' or 'Clickandbuy', you can start the download directly after finishing your order (button with disc-symbol). If you choosed another payment method, you will be informed by mail, when the download will be available for you. You also can find the download in your personal login-area . By clicking the "View"-Button of the according order you'll get to the download-area. There you'll also find the serial-number which is necessary to open the PDF-document.

• I can open the PDF-document but cannot playback the video-clips. What can I do?

Please check out if you have installed the actual Adobe Acrobat Reader version on your computer. Here is the free download link: Acrobat Reader Download. After the installation of the Acrobat Reader software you have to restart your computer.
